The
rider is taught how to handle a horse on the ground, proper saddling, bridling and grooming of the horse.
30 plus minutes of in the saddle riding instruction.
The
first time rider will learn proper mounting,
correct postion and control at the walk.
Further lessons will
advance you to the jog/trot and lope/canter, focusing then on balance, form and position, along with leads, patterns
and proper aids.
Once the rider becomes a proficient we move on to advance riding disciplines.
GROUP LESSONS
$ 20 a rider
Group lessons can include up to 5 riders.
Riders
are put in groups according to their riding ability and we have both youth and adult groups.
All riders are required to take private lessons before they begin group lesson so that we can
make sure they are in the correct group according to their experience.
